Kovats Multi-Family was founded in 2018 to provide multi-family investment opportunities for both accredited and non-accredited investors to both protect and grow their wealth.  

Focusing on a value-add strategy of investing, we seek to acquire properties ripe for light renovations that allow for passive cash flow during the hold period, appreciation of initial capital upon exit, and potential tax benefits from depreciation.

We focus on acquiring assets in Texas in high-growth submarkets that meet the core tenets of our investment thesis which includes population growth, economic growth, wage growth, diversity of employment sectors, and minimal new construction locally.
